Purpose of this Policy

This privacy policy aims to define the data protection and data management principles applied by LogiNet Systems Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”), which it recognizes as binding upon itself. It also informs data subjects of their rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (“Infotv.”).


The Data Controller commits to ensuring all data processing activities comply with applicable laws, treats data confidentially, and takes both IT and organizational measures to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.

Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

Data processing is always purpose-bound and is detailed in the annexed “Consent to Data Processing and Information Statement.” Personal data is collected and processed based on the data subject’s voluntary consent or a contractual relationship.


The Data Controller processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR, Infotv., and this policy.

Data Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to processors listed in the current data sources and processes registry, with safeguards in place. No transfer occurs beyond what is listed — including within Hungary, the EU, or third countries — unless required and recorded.

The retention period of personal data is determined based on the purpose and specified in the “Consent to Data Processing” document.
